How long do I have to wait for my products to arrive?We know you are ready to get down with your merry making! So we hustle and ship all of our products within a day of receiving your order Monday - Friday. We use USPS for our Standard Priority Shipping which means you can expect to get your goodies within 4-6 Business Days. Yay!
If you need them sooner, select Expedited Shipping and we'll get them to you in 2-3 Business Days.
Do you ship internationally?
We are not currently shipping out of the United States. But if you LOVE what you see and really want us to, send us an email at email@example.com and we'll see what we can arrange for you.
Some of my goodies arrived damaged!
Aw man! That's a bummer! But don't worry we'll get it fixed for you. Please send your order number, which item was damaged, a description of damage and an accompanying photo of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll take care of you. Please note, all Damaged Goods claims must be reported within 5 days of receiving the product.
What if I need to return something?
We really want you to love our products, but understand that sometimes the color or shape or design is not exactly right for your party. We are happy to accept unopened items, in their original packaging that are returned within 30 days of purchase. All Sale and Clearance items are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
If you need to return an item, please contact us directly for instructions and authorization. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and we cannot refund original shipping costs. We cannot accept returns that are damaged in shipping so be sure to pack them up carefully!
